Occam Coffee Table

The simplest solution is always the best. If you’re going to be eating, reading a book, or enjoying a drink in the living room, why not have a table that can accommodate all of this?

It’s about time we get a table that adjusts depending on what you’re using it for.

Eating in front of the TV isn’t taboo when your table has a lift top that raises to lap-level. And serving drinks to guests without even going to the kitchen is easy when you can store glasses underneath.

There’s plenty of room under the lift top for other items too- plates, books, magazines, the TV remote, or whatever else you keep in your living room.

Install a small sound system. Use it as a hidden wine cabinet. There are a ton of options. You could get pretty creative with the storage space that this table provides.

The Occam Coffee Table could be used in any size home, but seems best for an apartment or smaller home where each living area is used for multiple purposes. Since most apartment dwellers get more than one use out of each room, why settle for a coffee table that only provides one single use?

The Occam Table is also a great gift idea, especially if you know somebody that’s moving into a new place.

Here’s a photo showing how the table looks when closed. It’s a great sleek/modern look:

Here are the features/specs:

  • 47.24 x 23.6 x 16.33 inches (120 x 60 x 41.5 cm)
  • The table’s surfaces lift from 16.33 inches up to 21.45 inches ( 41.5cm to 54.5cm)
  • Almost no assembly required- 10 minutes out of the box
  • Extended 3 year warranty to cover mechanical components (hinges, etc.)

It’s worth noting that your order can be customized as well. If you want the tabletop to lift in the opposite direction, just tell them and they’ll make it. You can also request different colors/finishes. The standard is material is Walnut with a white gloss painted finish.
